Delivery
Standard delivery charge is a flat rate of £2.95 in mainland UK.
International and outside mainland UK delivery is charge based on the country of delivery. The applicable delivery charge will be highlighted at checkout BEFORE payment is taken. Please note Ink and Ocean Botanicals is not responsible for any importation tax that is levied at the delivery destination. Please provide telephone number via email for international shipping, as this is required by the courier service.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 3-8 days for UK delivery, however items may arrive sooner than this.
International delivery may take 2-3 weeks or more.
Your item will be packed securely and dispatched through Royal Mail or a courier service.
Returns
For health and hygiene reasons, perfumes, oils and facial products and custom or made to order are non returnable.
If you are not satisfied with any other products purchased it may be returned within 7 days for a complete refund or an exchange, less the shipping charges.
Returned merchandise must be in the condition sold (unused and new) with original packaging and tags intact. All returns must be approved by Ink and Ocean Botanicals – in the event of a return, please contact us via email to mail@inkandoceanbotanicals.com. Upon receiving and processing the return, we will provide a refund.
Please ensure that the returned item is securely packed and sent back through a recorded delivery, as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Your return must be accompanied by the original packing slip. Please note, the cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty Goods
Each item at Ink and Ocean botanicals is thoroughly checked before dispatch. However in the unlikely event of damage, the damage/defect claims must be made within 7 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt as no claims can be honoured after 7 days. Please contact us for return authorisation on damaged items and we will process a claim or issue a replacement. In the event of damage caused by shipping, the delivery company may require inspection so please retain all packing material.
If your order is returned back due to the courier making delivery attempts and no one is there to receive the parcel, then customer pays for re-delivery.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
