Vital Spirit botanical mist awakens the spirit and invigorates the senses, and helps promotes a sense of vitality and energy.

Essential oils include:
Rosemary, Lime, Peppermint, Basil, Maychang Lemongrass and Cedarwood
Other ingredients: Sandalwood floral water, clear Crystal quartz, Distilled Witch hazel, Spring water, Pink Himalayan salt.

Thoughtfully and intuitively blended using the finest essential oil, suspended in flower water (hydrosol), distilled witch hazel, solar or lunar charged spring water, pink Himalayan salt and infused with crystals. These gentle mists help to shift emotional states and bring about a sense of balance and harmony to your aura and space, and also serves as a conduit to anchor you in the present moment.

THE RITUAL:
Gently shake the bottle and spray 3 – 5 times above your head around your aura, taking gentle breaths as you allow the mist to cascade around you, and assist you in feeling more centred and balanced. Alternatively spray around your environment to facilitate an energetic shift in your space.
You may use them as part of a daily routine, meditation, yoga, or whenever you need to refresh the energy or space.
