A perfume that isn’t just about a forest, but a tribute to the shadow self, the part of us that lingers in quiet places. A piney deep, resinous and complex scent, a shadowy juxtaposition of duality that reflects like a mirror to the shadow self, silent, unseen, yet ever present. I wanted to capture that contrast, the pull between light and darkness, the unknown and of what lies between the veils. A scent of the forest, but also of the unseen self, and the untamed wilderness within.

A breath of Rosemary, Chamomile, and Juniper rises like midnight fog, cool and contemplative. A touch of Fennel, Eucalyptus and Palmarosa is herbaceous, and slightly sweet. Beneath, a heart of Hemlock, unfolds Pine needle and Fir, green, shadowed, and alive. Carnation enfleurage echoes, fleetingly against the deep woods. Resinous drips of Amber, Myrrh, frankincense and Opoponax, warm and flicker through the pines. Tobacco and Birch tar coils like sacred smoke, while Violet leaf whispers of damp earth and chlorophyll. Darkness anchors the base with Cedar, Clove, Patchouli, and a final exhale of Elemi resin, sharp yet soft, which has been infused under the full moon.

Character: Piney.Resinous. Herbaceous. Forest. Smoke.

This semi-solid perfume unguent has been intuitively crafted with my own in-house Luna plant infusions, plant extracts, ground botanicals and resins that have been instinctively prepared using ancient procedures, permeated into a base of organic shea butter, organic jojoba oil, and jojoba wax. In addition to this, high-grade essential oils and CO2 extracts are also used.

The Ritual: Apply with fingertips to pulse points, wrists, the nape of the neck, décolletage and behind the ears.

Made To Order:
All perfumes are usually made in small batches or made to order by hand in my micro perfumery, so please allow time for creating.
