Handcrafted dream pillow with organically grown and harvested, lavender that I have an abundance of in my garden. Intuitively, gathered and selected for peaceful sleep.

Directions:
Prior to sleep, deeply inhale the scent and allow the aroma to permeate around you. Place under a pillow, inside a pillow case or near where you lay your head for a rest-induced, peaceful sleep.
You can also gently shake or squeeze to release the scent and deeply inhale.

Using herbs to aid sleep is an ancient practice used historically in many traditions and cultures.
