Handcrafted dream pillow with organically grown and harvested mugwort, lavender and rose that I have an abundance of in my garden, and hops.
A blend of herbs intuitively grown, gathered, wild-crafted and selected for enhancing dreams.

Directions:
Prior to sleep, deeply inhale the scent and allow the aroma to permeate around you. Place under a pillow, inside a pillow case or near where you lay your head for rest induced sleep, and perhaps vivid dreams.
You can also gently shake or squeeze to release the scent, and deeply inhale.
Using herbs to aid sleep is an ancient practice used throughout history in traditions and cultures.

The herbs in this blend include:
– Hop is traditionally used to help calm the nerves and restlessness.
– Mugwort is traditionally known as a facilitator of lucid and vivid dreams, and is also thought to recall dreams and add more vibrantly.
– Chamomile is known to be soothing and calming.
– Lavender is comforting and relaxing and aids a restful sleep
– Rose is known to be a comforter and opener of hearts.

Gemstone: obsidian, amethyst and moonstone.
