A blend of herbs intuitively grown, gathered, wild-crafted and selected for enhancing dreams.

Directions:
Prior to sleep, deeply inhale the scent and allow the aroma to permeate around you. Place under a pillow, inside a pillow case or near where you lay your head for rest-induced sleep, and vivid dreams.
You can also gently shake or squeeze to release the scent and deeply inhale.
Using herbs to aid sleep is an ancient practice used throughout history in traditions and cultures.
