Clary Sage – hormone balancing, and restorative.
Rose geranium – regulating, cooling and balancing.
Peppermint – uplifting and energising.
Lavender – promote relaxation and has a calming effect.
Grapefruit: uplifting and helpful for stress and tension.
Ylang ylang – relaxes the body, reduces anxiety.
Palmarosa – Balancing, calming and uplifts mood.
Sweet orange – cheering and uplifting.
Black spruce – purifying, clearing, and stabilising.
Chamomile – helps reduces anxiety, calming and relaxing.

Shake bottle before use. Apply sparingly to the lower abdomen area, to pulse points, on to the back of the neck, the temples, Alternatively apply on to the palm of the hands and inhale.
