A meditative blend made from traditionally sacred plant oils. Centres and grounds you back to earth, and assists in the feeling of calm and peacefulness. Ideal for meditation and yoga, or just when you need moments of calm for yourself.

Therapeutic Essential oils in golden Jojoba oil.

SYNERGESTIC ACTIVE INGREDIENTS INCLUDE:
Elemi – promotes peacefulness, enhances visualisation.
Cistus labdaman – comforting and grounding, encourages openness of the heart and mind.
Myrrh – healing, restorative and uplifting.
Cedarwood -centering, grounding, elevating, s and has an opening effect on the psyche.
Frankincense – purifying, soothing and an elevating effect on the psyche.
Amyris sandalwood – calms the mind and helps induce a meditative state.
Ylang ylang – soothing and relaxing, anti-anxiety and calming.
Rose geranium – balancing and regulating effect on the nervous system.

Naturally occurring in essential oils: eugenol, citral, geraniol, farnesol, citronellol, linalool, limonene, benzyl benzoate.

DIRECTIONS:
Shake bottle before use. Apply sparingly to the pulse points, on to the back of the neck, the temples, or on to the soles of feet. Alternatively apply on to the palm of the hands and inhale deeply.
